About the class

Built for growing athletes

This high-energy program bridges the gap between playtime and advanced athletic development.

Focusing heavily on mechanics, balance, and fast-paced reaction drills, the class is designed to make teens faster, more agile, and less prone to injury.

Ages 12 to 15
